Croaker fish

Croaker fish, also known as “drum fish,” is a saltwater fish that is known for its mild and sweet flavor, and a moist and flaky texture. It is a popular food in many parts of the world, including West Africa. Croaker fish is often prepared by cleaning and scaling it, it’s then seasoned with spices, pepper and salt and then fried or grilled, it can be enjoyed with pepper soup, stews and soups or with sides such as rice, yam, and plantain.
